Emma Benton RVN Veterinary Nurse

Emma has been with the practice since  2003.

She is a valuable member of the team, and has a great love of pets.

Emma plays an important role in the anaesthetising and recovery of the pets undergoing suurgery, and has a lovely manner towards them all.

She has a cat Lenny, who she nursed to health after he had been abandoned with us due a road traffic accident, he is now fighting fit, but a little autistic!

She also owns a lovely tortie cat called Tilly and a gorgeous SBT dog called Chilli.

Emma has a  degree in veterinary nursing with the Royal Veterinary College.

She is at the surgery to help with any queries, especially diet related.

Emma is back from maternity after the birth of her second child Amelia and really enjoying being back at phoenix.

Hilly has recently joined us from Arundel Equnie Hospital.

She has a pony called Heidi, a horse called Maddi, a dog called Tiggy and they keep her quite busy!

Coral Leigh Watson RVN Veterinary Nurse Registered

Coral has now qualifed as a Registered Nurse, yippee!

She has a lovely, but wild, cocker spaniel called Solo she is currently trying to train! still trying!
She also has a very patient cat.......


Outside of work she has taken up dog agility and horse riding.

Penny Pet Care Assistant

Penny has recently joined us after studying and obtaining a degree in zoology.

She has several cats to keep her busy,loves cooking and growing her own produce and is a keen fitness person.

Marie Barrington RVN Veterinary Nurse

Marie has joined us after working for some years at a local horse clinic. 

She has taken home a lovely little cat, 'Ember' who is adorable.
She also has 3 naughty guinea pigs!

She is very enthusiastic and is also responsible for dealing with our insurance enquiries.


A qualified RVN and currently just passed her NCert (anaesthesia) with the European School of Vet Post Graduate nurse studies. Well done Marie.
